 The
Whistler Canada area has many great ski and snowboard
backcountry adventures to choose from. Using the
ski lifts of Whistler Blackcomb resort, you can
access a very large amount of backcountry terrain
with only a bit of hiking.
You
can also use a helicopter or CAT tour service
to access the backcountry. Skiers and boarders
who venture outside the Ski Area Boundary and
into the backcountry for a full day of serious
vertical and a true taste of coastal powder are
going on a once in a lifetime trip. No previous
backcountry experience necessary if you use a
reliable service and go at all times with their
tour guides. Open to skiers, snowboarders and
telemarkers. An unforgettable mountain adventure
for sure.
