There are 5 lakes in Whistler each one offering their it’s own unique charms:
Located at the southern end of the valley in the Creekside neighbourhood features a sandy beach, docks, kid’s playground, BBQs, volleyball & tennis courts
A small lake close to Creekside and Nita Lake Lodge. It features a dock, pebble beach, small park with picnic tables and is stocked with Rainbow trout for fishing
A large lake that stretches between Creekside and the Village with several parks around its borders and plenty of room for watersports featuring a sandy beach, kids play area, BBQs, picnic tables and a concession renting canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.
Lost Lake is in Lost Lake Park, a forested park close to Whistler Village with beautiful sandy beach offering BBQs, picnic tables, concession stand, kids area and docks.
Green Lake is a large glacier fed lake located north of the Village with boat launch facility. This is a popular wakeboarding spot. It has a float plane dock, picnic tables and water craft for rentals.
Whistler also has a number of parks with facilities for everything from skateboarding and BMX riding to baseball, interpretative walks, ice skating, picnics, and play areas for children and pets.
